Mark joined Alpha Construction Ltd in 1990 as a civils Quantity Surveyor following 5 years in similar roles for local building contractors and completion of a BSc QS degree.

Experience gained particularly from working as a site based QS, led Mark to make an internal move into Alpha's Estimating dept in 1999. Promotions include the role of Senior Estimator, Commercial Manager and ultimately Commercial Director to head up a newly amalgamated Commercial Dept (combined QS and Estimating) dealing with all the company's pre and post contract commercial issues.

Mark's main objectives are to ensure a client focussed approach to tender production, commercial management of projects through to final account settlement.
