Alan joined Alpha Construction Ltd as Contracts Manager during August 2006.

Previously employed by companies such as Balfour Beatty and Birse, gaining experience in water, rail and heavy civil engineering projects.

Alan's main objectives at Alpha are to ensure Contracts are safely executed and delivered to a high standard whilst fulfilling contractual programme and commercial obligations.
