As a company with an Investor in People accreditation, Alpha Construction recognise the benefit of employing a well-trained and competent work force in order to meet the demanding needs of our customers. We are, therefore, committed to the highest standards of training, and are currently approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers to provide professional training to suitably qualified staff.
As well as arranging courses to ensure employees maintain the levels of skill and competence necessary to undertake their duties, we also provide the opportunity for staff to attain recognised formal qualifications through release to part-time degree (or other) courses.
We actively encourage employees to take increased responsibility, and wherever possible will promote from within to fill vacancies. However, with an expanding workload, we welcome applications from individuals with civil engineering experience who wish to join a modern progressive organisation that recognises the contribution made by its employees.
